大規模生産

The customer provides specific customisation requirements, including but not limited to target sample physical samples, texture requirements, Pantone colours, and product physical/chemical standards. Both parties conduct in-depth alignment.
PURE's sampling laboratory provides rapid sampling services, delivering the first round of samples within 2 weeks based on requirements. (Special development sampling may take longer.)
PURE sends laboratory samples to the customer, along with internal test reports on colour and physical properties. We collect customer feedback, confirm the sample results, and proceed to pilot run or mass production upon approval.
After sample confirmation, PURE conducts a pilot run to verify mass production quality. (This step is skipped for simple post-treatment adjustments such as colour or texture.) During the pilot run, internal physical property testing is also conducted to ensure the product meets customer requirements.
Once laboratory samples / pilot runs are confirmed, PURE proceeds to mass production and conducts external testing as required. New product development timelines vary depending on material requirements — please contact our dedicated sales team for further details.
